Strength Training

Strength training is any form of exercise that involves using weights or resistance to build strength in your muscles. If you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, have more energy, feel better, or just be able to get through the day we got you covered. This training includes all different types of exercises. Using equipment like barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, power sleds, resistance bands and so much more. Improving mobility, flexibility, balance, posture, self-confidence and overall health and wellness. Working on our physical and mental health. All of our training can be adjusted for everyone and every level of fitness.

Landmine Training

Landmine training. The movement of the landmine itself can help teach you how to effectively transfer force between the upper and lower body, while also presenting a greater demand on stability and core. Executing proper technique and balance. This level of training can explore different ranges of motion and mobility. It can help with preventing injuries and also get you back from one. This is olympic level training for everyone. I highly recommend it to all of you. No matter your height, weight, size, age or overall health this incredible training can be personalized to fit anyone.

Boxing Training

Boxing training. Boxing is a great outlet for everyone in so many ways. During a boxing class you transition between high intensity and recovery periods. Its a form of exercise that involves skipping, footwork, punching, high-intensity cardio, focus and so much more. The benefits of boxing training are improved cardiovascular health, overall body strength, increased muscle mass, better stamina and endurance, decreased stress and improved confidence. Boxing is a great way to learn something new while getting into shape. Its a skill set that will help protect yourself. Plus you get to hit stuff. From a complete beginner all the up to experienced.

CrossFit Training

CrossFit Training. CrossFit workouts are high intensity. How we define “high intensity” is somewhat relative to you and your current fitness level. Challenging your strength, cardiovascular, stamina, physical and mental state. You can come from a completely different walk of life than the person next to you and you’ll get the same intensity you need. Our CrossFit courses may be different then most. What we do here is set up a 6 to 10 station course with a 1 minute time on each station. The number of stations will depend on your fitness level. Beginners starting on 6 stations and more advanced on 10. Each course is a full body workout testing you on every level and pushing yourself to the limit.

School Boot Camps

These Boot Camps are for all of our amazing Teachers, EA’s and Staff that work so hard day after day and hours and hours at home to give our kids the platform to be great, successful and good humans. To inspire the uninspired. The camps are designed for everyone and every level of fitness. They include all different types of exercises. From landmines, battle ropes, agility and strength training, core and so much more. Giving all of you the platform to try something new, while having fun and connecting has a team.
