Strength & Explosive Training

Strength and Explosive training refers to an individuals ability to exert the maximum amount of force in the shortest amount of time. If an athlete is going to excel at any sport they need to be able to build strength and then convert strength into explosive power. Every sport requires explosive power. Training for explosive power combines strength training and plyometric exercises that develop your fast-twitch fibers. Making you become faster and more powerful. Starting from a complete beginner all the way up to advanced.

Agility & Speed Training

Agility and Speed training. Agility is the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize and quickly change directions with proper posture. Speed is defined as the ability to move the body in one direction as fast as possible. These drills will benefit your overall agility, speed, balance, accuracy and quickness. With having quicker feet and a faster reaction time. This is exactly what you need to take your game to the next level. Starting from a complete beginner all the way up to advanced.

Landmine Training

Landmine training. The movement of the landmine itself can help teach kids, youths and athletes how to effectively transfer force between upper and lower body, while also presenting a greater demand on stability and core. Executing proper technique and balance. Landmine exercises are a form of weight training that can elevate your fitness level in many ways. While correcting body misalignments, helping with preventing injuries and also get you back from one. This is Olympic level training. Starting from a complete beginner all the way up to advanced.

Boxing Training

Boxing training. Boxing is a great outlet for kids, youths and athletes in many ways. It includes high level calisthenics throughout the whole class. CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids training is a program that is designed to prescribe physical activity in a fun and engaging format. Giving kids the opportunity to learn different types of training and exercises starting from the age of 5 years old. This is a big part of their journey towards general fitness. Building the foundation to play sports or just be healthy kids. Learning the proper techniques and motor skills while building self-esteem and confidence. Working on strength, conditioning, agility and core exercises. Giving them the platform for success.
